Fora
Project
/Details
Red Pencil led a series of qualitative studies to define Fora’s distinctive brand within a competitive London-centric market. From those studies emerged a set of beliefs, a definition of the customer and a set of recommendations, roadmaps, and training.
We also led a go-to-market plan and marketing strategy to launch a new called “Tailored Office.” Red Pencil’s scope included sourcing qualified London-based marketing agencies and working with the selected agency to produce the final marketing materials: its website, launch event, digital and print advertising.
Prior to its merger with The Office Group, Red Pencil also created two staff brand trainings, one virtual and one at festival hosted annually by leadership.
The Office. Reimagined.
Fora offers flexible, modern workspaces tailored to various business needs, from private offices to communal work areas across London, the UK, and Germany. Designed to inspire productivity and collaboration, Fora spaces provide amenities for focus, wellness, and socializing, creating a dynamic environment that adapts to individual workstyles.
COVID Guidelines
We collaborated with the graphic design team and edited all copy ahead of a thoughtful re-opening.

The Human Library
To open new pathways of thinking, Red Pencil curated a selection of creators, researchers, workers and companies who share Fora’s progressive mindset, and hosted the conversations with Fora’s key leadership.
Brand Defined
We developed many of the core brand elements with the client and designed the two day festival experience to support it.
Fora Fest
We created the concept for Fora’s annual two-day festival focused on staff collaboration. Our work extended to designing agendas, developing training materials, preparing facilitator speaking points, organizing meetings, and adding fun, thoughtful touches throughout the event. One of our favorite agencies provided the brilliant graphic design that tied everything together seamlessly.
