The Boca Raton Club

Project
   /Details

Red Pencil was engaged to develop strategic insights & provide marketing support for The Boca Raton Club. As part of this work, Red Pencil established a rigorous quantitative study of the member experience and satisfaction and led the resort-wide action planning process developed as a result. We also evaluated all facets of membership communications to its base of more than 11,000 members and led the road mapping of The Club’s mobile app development & launch. We also worked with the Club’s leadership, marketing staff and agency to produce The Club’s new positioning, sales website, lead generation forms and onboarding materials.

Sales Brochure

A first for the club, we partnered with their creative agency to produce a sales brochure to convey the value of membership alongside the Club’s historical significance.

Welcome Brochure

Previously a set of loose-leaf papers in a folder, the new Welcome Brochure was a beautiful way to welcome families into a lifetime of fun. We helped design and edit the entire brochure, leveraging the club’s existing and new photography.
